• Paid leave with accrual beginning at Date of HireWe are looking for an energetic, self-starting, organized, detail-oriented candidate with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment to join our team.Job DescriptionISN is seeking a Building Manager to support our USMC contract.Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Maintaining and preserving the real property assets, maintaining or lowering operational costs, and ensuring the provision of quality facility-related services.
  • Coordinating all on-site building operations, maintenance, alterations, cleaning, recycling, safety, environmental, and security activities.
  • Receiving written or oral customer requests for service, complaints, and other issues and coordinating appropriate action or resolution.
  • Investigating and determining the need for repairs or enhancement projects, and coordinating the necessary repairs or projects.
  • Analyzing and monitoring the impact on building systems and equipment to determine facility capability in meeting customer needs.
  • Preparing reviews and/or considering lifecycle condition analysis and similar assessments. From those findings, integrating and quantifying requirements into a scope of work for the project.
  • Preparing specifications for estimates and monitoring repairs by contractors to all items of operating equipment and utilities; this may include electrical systems, water supply and sewage systems in addition to repairs necessitated by damage to buildings due to fire, storms, vandalism, etc.Qualifications
    • 5 years or more in the property management field
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field/discipline
      • Five (5) years of experience in the property management field/discipline may be substituted in lieu of education
