• Job Details
• 17 bed unit that treats patient with alcohol and opiate dependence disorders.
• Most patient are admitted for detox and rehabilitation.
• Profession: Registered Nurse
• Duration: 13-weeks
• Schedule: 3x12s rotating days and nights
• 2 shifts - one shift on Behavioral Health and one shift on Recovery and Wellness (addictions unit)
• Ratio: 1:8
• Scrubs: Navy Blue top and bottom
• Every other weekend required
  • Job Requirements
  • VA or compact license
  • BLS for the Healthcare Provider CPR
  • Addiction experience
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must place a high value on quality of care
  • 1.5 years of experience required

        • The Flu vaccine is required during flu season. (Oct 1st - Mar 31st).
        • If your traveler is requesting a religious or medical Flu exemption, it will be the responsibility of the agency to ensure the traveler's request complies with CMS guidelines.
        • Qualivis will review/approve each request with supporting documentation.
