Stepdown RNs j ob responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Evaluate and monitor patient---s progress , id entify ing sudden or subtle changes in the patient---s medical condition Calculat e drug dosage, titrate medication doses, administer continuous medication infusion and monitor patients for effects of medication Stepdown RNs work closely and collaborate with physicians and all other healthcare professionals
