The Senior SharePoint Developer will play a leading role in the efficiency and operation of vital SharePoint tools, making them an essential lynchpin of a mission that is challenging, important, and rewarding.HOW A SENIOR SHAREPOINT DEVELOPER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Manages ASH content and sites on SharePoint Online supported by client.
• Configures SharePoint services and settings.
• Manages content databases and creates new ones as required. Manages security for SharePoint sites and sub-sites by providing monthly permission reporting and ad-hoc permission reports.
• Supports business continuity / disaster recovery failover/failback.
• Tests and helps team to test SharePoint sites. Monitors performance of SharePoint systems and provides reporting.
• Manages User Profile database and services.
• Deploys custom developed and third-party SharePoint solutions and packages.
• Manages the SharePoint app catalogs.
• Manages site quotas and file size limits.
• Reviews and monitors usage reports.
• Works on ways to improve portals performance.
• Recommends software and hardware enhancements.
• Upgrades SharePoint to newer versions as required.
• Documents current SharePoint configuration and architecture along with future planned enhancements.WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:Education: BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field.Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience with Microsoft SharePoint. MA/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field may substitute for 4 years of the required experience.Required Technical Skills:
• Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification or equivalent.
• Extensive experience working with SharePoint 2013, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2010, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS), Team Foundation Server (TSF) and Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) 3.0.Required Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
