ERP Solutions Architect Demand and Supply Chain PlanningLocation: Seattle, WADuration: 12 Months + ExtensionHourly Rate: Depending on Experience (DOE)Work Authorization: RequiredJob Description:Our Client, a major Biotech firm with offices in Seattle, Washington, is seeking an ERP Solution Architect with Demand and Supply Chain Planning experience.Responsibilities:

  • Provide techno-functional support and analyze Planning & Supply Chain systems and make recommendations for improved effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Act as the liaison between cross-functional groups by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved through IT solutions.
  • Provide day-to-day hands-on problem management, guidance, and support to the team.
  • Manage, prioritize, and sequence project demand based on resource availability and timelines.
  • Ensure end-to-end understanding of Business Processes and systems solutions.
  • Lead projects and manage requirements development, functional design, and Technical Design.
  • Provide recommendations on Technology solutions to address business needs.
  • Configure and test Oracle Applications 12 e-Business Suite: ASCP.
  • Develop and document detailed program specifications, business process models, and scenarios.
  • Determine the technical, interfacing, and operational requirements to resolve Oracle EBS Software issues.
  • Lead the configuration and administration of the Oracle EBS software as per business and technical requirements.
  • Participate in post-production software support and problem resolution.Skills/Knowledge Required:
  • University degree.
  • 15 years of overall work experience.
  • 10 years in complex project delivery.
  • 3 years Pharmaceutical Industry experience.
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Applications (R12) with ASCP a must.
  • Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Manufacturing & Supply Chain - Plan to Manufacture business process areas.
  • Experience in Oracle e-Business suite best practices.
  • Good working knowledge of Oracle e-Business architecture and the ability to quickly diagnose and solve system problems.
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Experience working with managed service support vendors.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • High degree of adaptability.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
  • Strong communication skills including presentation and facilitation skills with Global multi-cultural users.
  • Able and willing to travel.
  • Experience in Pharma industry required.
  • Proven record of working with Senior Business Leaders in developing technology roadmaps and strategies.
  • Experience in leading Business Analysis, Business Process Design, and Application Development.
  • Strong understanding and experience on Oracle AIM methodology.
