Outpatient Imaging - White OakAdventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Multi-Modality Imaging Tech for our Imaging Services team who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.As a Multi-Modality Imaging Tech you will:--- Perform diagnostic imaging studies. Properly identify patients, review order and select appropriate protocol in order to maximize quality and safe patient care.--- Receive patients, explain procedures and answer all patient questions and concerns pertaining to the exam--- To be able to perform a variety of special imaging examinations using established or dictated protocols and perform all of the three different modalities as needed.--- Accurately perform documentation in all computer systems applicable to diagnostic x-ray (HIS, RIS, PACS)--- To be able to reconstruct images, films as well as process films.--- Operate imaging and other related equipment according to the manufacturer's specifications.--- Monitor and assist patients, before during and after examinations. Maintain a clean and safe environment.--- B knowledgeable and practice ALARA principles including proper shielding of patients.--- Maintain patient, hospital and employee confidentiality.
