Junior Program AnalystThe Junior Program Analyst will support the company in tasks requiring program planning, audits, and evaluations related to various healthcare programs and projects. Tasks may include supporting program analysis, strategic planning, integrated master scheduling, event planning, Congressional Affairs, metrics, Financial Management systems, and risk management.Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of related experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify alternatives
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship indefinitely
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust if requiredPreferred Qualifications
  • Academic degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or another similar field
  • Experience supporting a national health program and/or providing PMO support to a large, complex federal initiative
  • Consulting firm experience at the Department of Veterans Affairs
  • Consulting firm experience at Federal agencies
  • Consulting firm experienceThis position may be subject to client or government vaccination and masking guidance, policy, or requirements as may be changed from time to time.Work location is flexible if approved by the company except that the position may not be performed remotely from Colorado.
